About the Publication:

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia has vowed to paralyse international cartels that use this region as a transit point for human trafficking by sharing intelligence with the United States and Australia.

Warning cartels not to mess with Malaysia and its neighbouring countries, Home Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein said top enforcement agencies around the world were sharing intelligence to cripple the syndicates.

“Information exchange with top foreign enforcement agencies from Australia, among others, and the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) of the United States have already led to many arrests in international waters,” he said.
