Timor-Leste Local Development Programme (LDP) Concept Paper
This concept note outlines the framework for a joint UNDP/UNCDF programme broadly aimed at enhancing local level delivery of pro-poor infrastructure and services in Timor-Leste and, at the same time, at providing policy-level support for decentralization through piloting in selected districts.
